My journey in the spiritual and metaphysical realms has been enriched by formal training at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Arizona, where I earned certifications as a Mind Body Wellness Practitioner and in Clinical Hypnotherapy. My witchcraft knowledge has developed throughout my life, evolving alongside my ongoing studies in the occult.

In 2018, I opened my metaphysical shop, The Sage Stone and Candle, in Alliance, Nebraska and offered the area reiki, hypnotherapy, and auriculotherapy services. The shop had crystals, herbs, witchcraft tools, books, and divination cards. I really loved my shop and poured so much of myself into it!

In 2019 I started Witchy Woman Podcast as a fun thing to do to help advertise my witchy shop and products. It quickly turned into much more than a fun hobby and a community of witches was formed along side the podcast. We closed our physical shop right before Covid and decided not to reopen. But the podcast was my passion and with endings come more room for new adventures!

I continue to educate myself on divination methods like palmistry, forms of divination, magic, herbalism, and occult history.
